Political picture guidelines

| October 12, 2017

The Catalonia Model United Nations portal requires its users to upload a picture of themselves to their profile. Delegates’ pictures are used to verify registrations at the conference’s welcome desk, while Secretariat members’ and Committee Director’s pictures are displayed on C’MUN’s site. To avoid public image problems when this system was first put in place, I set a series of profile picture rules to be displayed to the users before they could set their photo alongside some example political illustrations to give the page a casual look. These rules aim to avoid format mismatches among pictures as well as guarantee a professional and unproblematic image of the conference.
