The role of civil society in the UN

| December 25, 2022

This July, I’ve had some fun trying something I usually don’t do: inventing characters and drawing them. I’ve done this to create brand content for a series of seminaries the United Nations Association of Spain will be conducting next September in Barcelona about the role of civil society in the UN.

This whole set consists of multiple scenes and characters that can be used in any kind of compositions for editorial, media and graphic content. The aim was to create a set of ownable characters that could be perceived as diverse, friendly and that could feel inclusive.

They represent an imaginary, diverse group living in an urban community. In order to embrace the collaborative and empathic nature of this project, we have played with the characters to imagine a hint of their stories.

This is a first version of this project, hoping that if will develop to include more characters, scenes, and poses.

Enjoy!
